This skirt can be bunched up or brought all the way down for a flat look as seen in the Egypt photos.  
It has 4 parts you can pull up or down so you can also have it down or up in the different parts for an asymmetrical look. It’s also very adjustable at the waist and also has an added Velcro in the inside
