I have just released my ecstatic dance set from Kalani’s legendary Sunday morning dance on the Big Island, July 29, 2024. This is the first of a series of mixes I will be releasing this summer.

I haven’t released a mix since 2020—partly because I loved keeping the music in the moment, like a secret, those who know know. But this summer, I’m ready to share.

I opened the space with a live invocation with Creative Frequencies—singing & debuting my swarmandal & also adding frame drum in an unreleased collaboration song between myself, Creative Frequencies, Tyler Gibson, & Vajra. Creative Frequencies offered crystal bowls, gongs, layered vocals, & my husband on didgeridoo. Together, we wove a raw, sacred portal into the dance & shared the joy of jamming our track live. The dance journey flows through deep bass, melodic medicine, tribal textures, & reflects the vibe here on Big Island & our dance. We closed the space with a sound healing, once again with Creative Frequencies: I’m on live vocals, Crystal Matrix on handpan & gong, and Kurt with vocals and bowls, gently guiding the dancers back into stillness and integration.
